The registration fee for delegates includes:

For written cancellations and/or substitutions received until February 28^th, 2011
an administrative fee of € 50,00 will be charged.
There is no refund for cancellations received after February 28^th 2011 and onwards.
After March 15^th 2011 no substitutions will be accepted.

All refunds will be processed one (1) month following the conclusion of the Conference.
